Featured Team Member Andrea Finley Community Manager, Meadowbrook Apartments Knoxville, TN Andrea Finley has been with LHP since 2014 and served as an assistant manager at 1100 Studios before her promotion to Community Manager at Meadowbrook Apartments in 2019. When she talks about her job and her life, she laughs a lot and seems happy to be where she is. “My favorite thing about my career is having the chance to meet different people,” she says. “The more people I meet, the more things I learn.” Her supervisor and Regional Manager Shannon Chung says Andrea always has a smile and is loved by coworkers and residents alike. “She’s hardworking, fun to be around and extremely helpful,” Shannon says. “She doesn’t mind helping her fellow teammates with any task.” Her residents would describe her as “caring, fair and fun,” she says with a laugh. In her day to day interactions with residents, Andrea focuses on what she can do for them, not what she can’t. Even if in the end the answer is not favorable, the resident “knows you tried and that goes a long way,” Andrea explains. With 72 two- and three-bedroom apartments, Meadowbrook is home to lots of kids. And Andrea knows them all and their parents, by name. She has a special gift for remembering names and a special place in her heart for the children. Every afternoon Andrea looks forward to seeing the kids get off the school bus. “They head straight to office to say ‘hi’ and get a popsicle,” she says. “Sometimes they are excited to tell me about something they did at school.” It’s a little hectic for three or four minutes especially now with social distancing practices in place, she admits but adds, “I love my babies.” Our Core Values At LHP, we strive to maintain the highest level of quality in our development and management activities.
